NetMeter can be considered a small, comprehensive and customizable network bandwidth monitoring program.
 
Realtime bandwidth monitoring has never been easier with all the tools available in this program.

· Windows 2000 or newer is required for "transparency" and "balloon hint" features.
· If you are using Windows 95 you will have to install an update from Microsoft that contains the IP-Helper API (IPHLPAPI.DLL).

· This is the first open source release of NetMeter!
· Fixed bugs related to interface detection on Windows Vista.
